Contact Us Premium is a Joomla Contact Us Component and Module Set designed to. Extension will help your site visitors to reach you instantly with a well-looking, easy to use, multi-functional contact module and to you to manage contact requests via component area ( joomla admin ). Below you will find general information and frequently asked questions. These will make it easier for you to use the extension. You can download the extension immediately after purchase. During your subscription period, after logging in with your username and password, you can download the latest version of extension via the download board.

You will download UnzipFirst_ContactUsPremium.zip package. This is not installation package.

You must Unzip UnzipFirst_ContactUsPremium.zip package.

This package has 1 module and 1 component.

When you unzip the package you will get 2 files : 

  1. mod_contactuspremium - Contact module
  2. com_contactuspremium - Component to view and manage call-back requests

You can install extensions via Joomla Installer at Joomla Administrator area.

Installer can be found at administrator/index.php?option=com_installer

After successful installation you will get a success message.

Important Note : If you do not install the component Plugins will not work

All extension parameters are well-explained. All you need to do is rolling your mouse over the parameter title. An info window will show the parameter title and the short description about parameter.

Sometimes, when it is necessary, we add notes before the parameter to make it more clear for users.

After successful installation go to Module Manager. Module Manager can be found at administrator/index.php?option=com_modules

Search for Contact Us Premium

Click on to the title of the module title. Now you are at module back-end. All module parameters are with default values and ready to publish.

You can publish the module like any other Joomla Module even with default settings. 

The most important is the Module Position.

Please write debug as module position, this will help you to show the module at bottom right or bottom left without any issues.

If you are using Joomla 3.x.x, after successful installation component Contact Us Premium will be visible at Components dropdown menu. (  administrator/index.php?option=com_contactuspremium )

Component does not need any customization or configuration. You can view all call-back requests at component's Call Back Requests section ( administrator/index.php?option=com_contactuspremium&view=callbackrequests )

Module has default parameters ready to publish. 

The most important is publishing the module at Debug position. Unless you do not create a custom module position for this module, you can simply publish it at debug position.

Select Debug as module position and publish it. Now it will be visible at bottom right position.

There is a tab to customize and configure the module Call Back Button. You can click on to the Call Back Settings tab and click Yes at first parameter : Show Call Me Back.  Now all parameters for setting up the button are visible.

You can show a reCAPTCHA at Call Back Request form.

reCAPTCHA works with Joomla's re-captcha plugin. You must enable this plugin at Plugin Manager.

There is a tab to customize and configure the module other buttons. This tab called : Other Buttons' Settings.

Click on to this tab and as you can see, it is possible to enable and disable other buttons.
